When the "Battery weak" message appears for the first time, approx. 6
weeks of battery reserve are available before a loss of data occurs. In order
to avoid a loss of data replace the battery as soon as possible (see Replac-
ing the battery).

8.9 Temperature monitoring
The temperature of CP 50x/x is checked via internal sensors. If the tempera-
ture violates an alarm limit, a message will be sent and the application has
the possibility to react.
Caution
If in case of exceeding the alarm limit no appropriate measures are taken to
avoid a further rising of the temperature, the following hold of the control
could lead to serious damage of the machine/plant.
Information
Independent of the internal temperature monitoring, the ambient conditions
specified in the technical data must be kept.
