Remote
Voltage
Sensing
Function
The
remote
voltage sensing function
is
designed
to
eliminate influences
of
voltage
drop,
which
is
caused
between
the PS
Series
and a
load
by the
contact
resistance
and the
resistance
of the
conductors
connected
to the
load.
Even
though
voltage should
drop
by a maximum of 1 V per
line
between
the PS
Series
and a
load within
the
rated voltage
range,
the PS
Series
outputs
the
proper
voltage
through
the
main
output
terminal
on the
rear panel.
The description
below
assumes
that
the
remote
voltage sensing function
is
used
and all other operations
are made on the
front
panel.
