Find Username
If you forget your username, select “Find Username”
and enter the email address associated with your
account. A confirmation m essage similar to the window
shown in Figure 1-6 will appear. If the email address
matches an OnCue Plus account, a username recovery
email will be sent to that address. Follow the steps in the
email to retrieve your username.

1.4 Device Actions
Device Actions allows you to add and remove
generators as well as change the name, location, and
password for the generator.
To access device actions, select the notepad icon in the
lower right corner. See Figure 1-7.

1.4.1 Add Generator
To add a generator, select Add Generator from Device
Actions. See Figure 1-7. Enter the Generator Serial
Number and password. Refer to the OnCue Plus
Installation/Technical Manual, TP- 7007, for instructions
to obtain this information. See Figure 1-8.
