1.
Remove bolts (1), and remove cover (2).
2.
Remove nut (4) of breather assembly (3) at the top of DEF
tank, then remove cover (5).
3.
Replace breather (6) with a new one.
When installing breather element (6),
direct the surface of
TOP mark (7) towards up and install.
4.
Install cover (5) and nut (4).
5.
Install cover (2) with bolt (1).
EVERY 4000 HOURS MAINTENANCE
Maintenance for every 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 hours service should be performed at the same time.
REPLACE DEFINED LIFE PARTS
Material quality of these parts can change as time passes and they are likely to wear out or deteriorate.
Replace them every 2 years or every 4000 hours, whichever comes sooner.
