3.6.3 Function permission operations
If the account track management is enabled in the device, you can select the
function permission setting to be given priority to when assigning a function
permission to a user.

- [Prioritise "Setting by Account Track".]: For details on function
permission templates, refer to "Giving priority to Setting by Account
Track" on page 3-76.

For users to whom no function permission template is assigned, the
function permission is offered based on the DefaultTemplate setting.
