11 SERVICE WORK ON THE CHASSIS 55
– Clean the air filter box.
– Clean the intake flange and check it for damage and tightness.
Finishing work
– Install the air filter. ( p. 55)
– Install the air filter box cover. ( p. 53)

The air filter is correctly positioned.

Secure the bottom retaining pin with holding tab


If the air filter is not mounted correctly, dust and dirt may enter the engine
and result in damage.
