– Inject the liquid into the system until it escapes from hole 6 of the master cylinder
without bubbles.
– To prevent overflow, drain fluid occasionally from the master cylinder reservoir.
– Remove the bleeding syringe. Mount and tighten screws bleeder screw.
– Correct the fluid level of the hydraulic clutch.
Guideline
Fluid level below container rim 4 mm (0.16 in)
– Position the cover with the membrane. Mount and tighten the screws.

– Remove screws 1 and the holding bracket. Remove the engine guard.
10.49Installing the engine guard (SX‑F ROCZEN REPLICA)

– Attach the engine guard on the frame at the rear and swing up at the front.
– Position the holding bracket. Mount and tighten the screws.
Guideline
Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 Nm (7.4 lbf ft)
