Inside the Machine
Follow the steps below to clear paper jams inside the machine.

Open the top cover and front cover, and lift the developer unit together with the toner container
out of the machine.

IMPORTANT
Be careful not to touch the drum as this may adversely affect print quality. If you
cannot find a paper jam, try checking inside the rear of the machine.
NOTE
If the jammed paper appears to be pinched by rollers, pull it along the normal running
direction of the paper.
