When you select ECTO, default settings will be in place. You
may adjust those settings to suit the building's requirements.

THE BLOCK, PARAMETER, AND COUNT RANGES SHOWN HERE
ARE LIMITS AND WILL BE RESTRICTED IN SOME CASES.
EXAMPLE: When told to set ECTO 6.27=1 navigate to
SETTINGS > CONTROL > ECTO >
BLOCK/PARAM/COUNT>B# and enter 6. At P# enter 27. At
CNT: enter 1. Display shows flashing "!SET!", and returns to
BLOCK/PARAM/COUNT for another change. When changes
are done, use the left arrow to back out of the CONTROL
menu, and UPDATING SETTINGS is shown while changes are
made, and then M2 resets to use the new values.
SETTINGS > INSTALL > (all except NEW M2)
Use SETTINGS > INSTALL as shown in the following
diagram; default settings will be used. Use menu to change
language used, and ancillary components installed. An
expert manual and service software are available for more
complex installations (see Table 7, Page 26). If any alarms
are present, take corrective action prior to installation.
UPDATE DISPLAY SOFTWARE menu only appears in DB1
versions that do not end in "H". If the display does not have a
HOST boot-loader (indicated by the H), then a Windows PC
and USB cable (AtoA, or with BtoA adapter) are needed to
perform firmware upgrade on DB1.
NOTE - The M2 should be reset in order for changes to be
updated within the controller.
Use INSTALL > FLOAT SWITCH to set up a condensate pan
overflow switch. Use INSTALL > UPDATE DISPLAY
SOFTWARE to install new display software.
