TROUBLESHOOTING
You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself. Read the troubleshooting
information before contacting after-sales service. This will avoid unnecessary costs.

• Onlyusegenuinesparepartswhenrepairingtheappliance.
• Ifthepowercordofthisapplianceisdamaged,itmustbereplacedbythe
manufacturer, the manufacturer’s Customer Service or a similarly qualied person in
order to prevent any risk.

• Immediatemeasure:Mixonetable-
spoon of fabric softener with 0.5 litres
of water and pour the mixture into
the left-hand compartment (not for
outdoor clothing, sportswear or items
stued with down).
• Reducetheamountofdetergentforthe
next washing cycle with the same load.
Unapproved extension
installed on the water
drain hose.
• Removeanyunapprovedextensions
from the water hose. Connecting the
appliance.
