NOTE: Unit must be completely dry before applying
Carwell.
• Do not allow product to puddle or build-up on weather
stripping, rubber gaskets, etc. Unit should not have
puddles or runs evident anywhere.
• To ensure proper coverage of Carwell, the product
needs to be fogged on the unit.
• Use of pressure pots to apply the Carwell to the unit
being processed is recommended.
• Carwell T32-CP-90 is available in 16 ounce spray
bottles from Manitowoc Crane Care (order part number
8898904099).
• After application of the Carwell is complete, wash or
clean film residue from lights, windshield, grab handles,
ladders/steps and all access areas to crane, as
necessary.

Areas of Application
• The underside of the unit will have full coverage of the
rust inhibitor. These are the only areas that a full coat of
the rust inhibitor is acceptable on the painted surfaces.
Areas include; Valves, hose end and fittings, Swivel,
pumps, axles, drivelines, transmission, all interior
surfaces of the frame
• Frame application areas are; hose ends and fittings, all
unpainted fasteners and hardware, all bare metal
surfaces, outrigger pads, and back up alarms.
• Superstructure applications are; hose end and fittings,
wire rope on hoist roller tensioning springs on hoists, all
unpainted fasteners and hardware, valves, slew ring, all
bare metal surfaces.
• Boom applications areas are; pivot pins, hose end and
fittings, jib pins and shafts, all bare metal surfaces,
headache ball / hook block pins and fasteners.
• All hardware, clips, pins, hose connections not painted
will have Carwell applied.
