Keys
Using the softkey
The 3 softkeys have variable functions. These functions are displayed above the key.
You can also store phone numbers and functions on a softkey (see chapter
"Configuring
keys", page 91)
Using the hotkey
The hotkey is a user configurable key for 1 to 6 phone numbers or functions.
To find out how to configure the hotkey, refer to the chapter
"Configuring keys", page 91.
<Function>
Press the softkey where the function you want is displayed on top of
the screen.
<long>
Keep the softkey held down for a moment (about 2 seconds).
Using the call number:
Press the hotkey to open the hotkey menu.
Select the call number you want, press the Execute softkey and call
the contact using the call key.
➔The connection is set up.
Using the function:
Press the hotkey to open the hotkey menu.
Select the function you want and activate with the Execute softkey.
➔The function is activated/deactivated.
