Upgrade and Service
Available hardware features may only be offered as part of an upgrade, repair, or
replacement service offered by MSI or an authorized service provider.
MSI offers customers replacement parts, product repair and services for 3 years from
the date of sale for all EPEAT-registered products.
Damages caused by servicing of products not authorized by MSI or the use of modified
or non-MSI authorized parts or components are not covered by MSI Limited Warranty
Agreement.

Data Sanitization
MSI will not assume any responsibility or confidentiality obligation for the security of
any data stored on the equipment submitted for recycling. Users are advised to back
up and remove all data from the computers.
Before recycling, we recommend that users follow instructions on

permanently and irreversibly remove all personal files, applications and settings from
the computers.
