General information
Before using the NBB radio control systems for the first time, read these operating
instructions and act accordingly. Keep these operating instructions in a safe place
for later use or for subsequent owners. Be sure to read the safety instructions before
using the unit for the first time! Failure to observe the operating instructions and
safety instructions may result in damage to the unit and danger to the operator and
other persons.
All persons involved in the commissioning, operation, maintenance and servicing of the
unit must be appropriately qualified.
Repairs to the unit may only be carried out by persons authorised and trained for this
purpose. Always use original spare parts from NBB Controls + Components GmbH. This
ensures that the safety of the unit is maintained.
Intended use
– The NBB radio control system may only be used for controlling machines.
– Due to the many system options, the manufacturer cannot determine which command
of the transmitter is assigned to which function on the machine.
– The radio control system must not be used in potentially explosive atmospheres or
for the control of machines for the transport of persons, unless it has been expressly
approved by the manufacturer for this area of application. Any different use is not
permitted and releases NBB from any responsibility.
Safety information
– Please refer to the encloses documents for explanations about the operating license.
– Always observe the relevant work safety and accident prevention regulations.
– Only trained and authorised persons may operate the NBB radio control system.
– The safety features installed in the NBB radio control system must be checked
regularly.
– The NBB radio control system must be shut down immediately if there are any faults.
The transmitter must be switched off using the EMERGENCY STOP switch or the STOP
key.
– Never expose the radio control system to a strong jet from high pressure cleaning
equipment.
