Check the AC power supply voltage. Supply AC

Check the power supply by using the CU/PU
board POWER connector 10.
Pins 7, 8 and 9: 24V
Pins 1, 2 and 3: 5V
Pins 4, 5 and 6: 0VL
Pins 10, 11 and 12: 0VP.
Replace the low
voltage power
supply.
(2-1-2) Confirmation of the power switch LED
Power Switch LED Confirm whether the LED is off.
If the LED blinks rapidly, the number of
blinking times in a cycleshows an error. The
timing of blinking rapidly is shown in the
below figure
