Answering Call Waiting from the Telephone Company
This is an optional telephone company service. service. You can receive a call waiting tone with the caller's
name or telephone number information. For details, consult your telephone company.
Customizing Your Phone
• 3.1.2 Settings on the Programming Mode—Call Waiting Tone Type Selection
If you select "Tone 1", you will hear the same tone for Call Waiting from an outside party
and an extension. If you select "Tone 2", you will hear different tones for Call Waiting from
an outside party and an extension.
• To return to the original party, repeat the operation.
• In this case, FLASH/RECALL button on proprietary telephones is in the External Feature
Access (EFA) mode.
• The caller's telephone number will not be displayed on telephones or wireless phones
connected to SLT ports.
