Remark 2:
NFF process:
- 1st step: contact the customer directly by phone or e-mail to discuss the problem of the set
- 2nd step: if contact with the customer is not possible then add a paper with the returned set,
informing the customer about the possibility to contact the technician directly.
Following information should be mentioned on the paper:
- name of the technician
- company telephone number (extension) of the technician (for direct contact)
- jobsheet number
- information that the set was tested and found to be within the specs. and no failure occured
during the quality and functional check
