2 Product Overview
BG950A-GL/BG951A-GL module is an embedded IoT (LTE Cat M1, LTE Cat NB1/Cat NB2*) wireless
communication module. It provides data connectivity on LTE HD-FDD network, and supports half-duplex
operation in LTE network. It also provides GNSS and voice*

functionality to meet your specific
application demands.
BG950A-GL and BG951A-GL modules are industrial-grade modules for industrial and commercial
applications only.
BG950A-GL/BG951A-GL module is an SMD type module which can be engineered into M2M applications,
such as smart metering, tracking system, security, wireless POS, and other wearable devices, etc.
