3.10. Reset
The module can be reset by driving RESET_N low for at least 100 ms and releasing it. The RESET_N
signal is sensitive to interference, so it is recommended to route the trace as short as possible and
surround it with ground.

The recommended circuit is similar to the PWRKEY control circuit. An open drain/collector driver or button
can be used to control RESET_N.
1. To avoid damaging the internal flash, do not switch off the power supply when the module works
normally. Only after the module is turned off by PWRKEY & PON_TRIG or AT command &
PON_TRIG, the power supply can be cut off.
2. When turning off themodule with AT command, keep PWRKEY at a high level after the execution of
power-off command. Otherwise, the module will be turned on again after turned off.
Reset the module.
Internally pulled up with a 470 kΩ resistor.
