todiscern,becausetheydonotpresentaconsistent
reectingsurfaceastheybobandtossaboutinthewaves.
Consequentlytheseechoestendtofadeandbrighten,andat
timesdisappearmomentarily.
•Buoysandsmallvesselsresembleeachother,butvessels
canoftenbedistinguishedbytheirmotion.

UsingyourmultifunctiondisplayandanHDorSuperHDradar
scanner,youcanvieweitherashortoralongrangeimagein
separateradarwindows.
ThedefaultsettingisLong,whichprovidesastandardscanner
range.
