Description
Set or query the pulse width lower limit in runt trigger. The default unit is s.

10s; when the qualifier is GLESs, the range is from 8ns
to 9.99s.

Explanation
 This command is only available when the qualifier (refer to :TRIGger:RUNT:WHEN) is
GREater or GLESs.
 When the qualifier is GLESs, the lower limit of the pulse width must be smaller than
the upper limit of the pulse width (:TRIGger:RUNT:WUPPer).

The query returns the pulse width lower limit in scientific notation.
