Getting ready to play
1.
Attach the included screws
(2)
onto the back side of the
instrument, as shown in the illustration.
2.
Lower the music rest so that the tabs t onto the
screws, between the screw heads and the instrument.
3.
While using one hand to support the music rest, turn
the screws
(2)
to fasten the music rest in place.
When attaching the music rest, hold it rmly with your hand so
that it doesn’t fall down. Take care not to get your hand pinched.
When removing the music rest, loosen the screws while holding it
with one hand. After you remove the music rest, rmly retighten
the screws.
NOTE

Do not apply excessive force to the music rest.

Make sure to use the included screws when attaching the music
rest.
Attaching the music rest
Follow the steps below to attach the music rest (MRGKS3/5, sold separately).
Installing the batteries
You can use eight AA-size rechargeable Ni-MH or alkaline batteries to power this instrument, instead of an AC adaptor.
*
When turning the unit over, be careful so as to protect the buttons
and knobs from damage. Also, handle the unit carefully; do not drop
it.
*
When replacing the batteries, the jacks and ports of the GO:KEYS
may get damaged if you try to lift the GO:KEYS with the cables, USB
ash drive or WC-1 still connected. Unplug all cables and connected
devices before you change the batteries.
*
If you handle batteries improperly, you risk explosion and uid
leakage. Make sure that you carefully observe all of the items
related to batteries that are listed in “USING THE UNIT SAFELY” and
“IMPORTANT NOTES” (leaet “USING THE UNIT SAFELY” and Owner’s
manual).
1.
Remove the battery cover.
2.
Insert the batteries, taking care to orient them as
shown in the illustration.
3.
Close the battery cover.

“Battery Low!” appears on the display if the remaining battery power
is low. When this occurs, install new batteries. The message changes
according to the charge state of the batteries.
