7.2.1 Outdoor Module (RRHQ)
• Operating the system in room heating operation.
– Check the function and noise development in the refrigerant compressor and the fan.
• Disconnect the system from the power supply.
• Remove cover on the side (see Chapter4.4.4 "Connection Outdoor Module (RRHQ)").
• Undo screws (1) and remove front cover downwards (Fig 7-1, Fig 7-2).
• Check inside of Outdoor Module (RRHQ) for dirt and infestation of insects.
Clean inside if necessary by vacuum cleaning.
• Visual inspection of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components for wear and loose parts in the inside of the Outdoor
Module (RRHQ).
Repair damaged parts or replace them.
• Visual inspection of covers, cladding and fastening elements for wear and for loose parts in the Outdoor Module (RRHQ).
Replace defective parts.
• Leakage checks on lines and components of the refrigerant system.
Repair damaged parts or replace them.
WARNING!
Live parts can cause an electric shock on contact and cause fatal burns and injuries.
• Before beginning work on live parts, disconnect them from the power supply (switch off fuse, main
switch) and secure against unintentional restart.
• Electrical connection and work on electrical components must only be carried out by qualified electri-
cians in compliance with valid standards and guidelines as well as the specifications of the energy supply
company.
• Covers off equipment and servicing flaps are to be replaced as soon as the work is completed.
