5.1.7 Checks after start-up
• Check all points on the "Checklist after start-up" (see chapter 5.2). Log the test results on the checklist. Only if all points
on the check list can be answered with Yes may the ROTEX HeatPumpSolarUnit system be handed over to the operator.
• Fill in the supplied installation and instruction form jointly with the user/owner.
5.2 Checklists for start-up
Checklist before start-up
1. Is the ROTEX HeatPumpSolarUnit properly installed in accordance with a permitted set-up and without any discernible damage? Yes
2. Have the servicing flaps and covers removed during assembly been put back in place? Yes
3. Is the room where the Indoor Module (RKHB) is set up adequately dimensioned (critical density limit for the refrigerant used)? Yes
4. Does the mains connection conform to the specifications? Yes
5. Mains voltage for 1-phase connection ~230 Volt, 50 Hz, for 3-phase connection ~400 Volt, 50 Hz? Yes
6. Have the fuses and safeguards been completely installed in accordance with the rules and regulations? Yes
7. Have the E-Pack and the Booster Heater (EHS) been connected correctly? Yes
8. Is the system water pressure within the specified range? Yes
9. Have all the lines in the water circuit been connected correctly; are they insulated and leakproof? Yes
10. On restoration: Has the heat distribution network been cleaned? Is a dirt filter installed in the heating return flow? Yes
11. Is the safety valve connected to a free outlet? Yes
12. Is the membrane expansion tank mounted according to specifications and in the requisite size? Yes
13. Are all sensors connected and correctly positioned? Yes
14. Is the storage tank topped up with water to overflow, is the condensation water drain line connected correctly and leakproof? Yes
15. Have the storage charging circuit and the heating circuit been bled? Yes
16. Have optional components (Room thermostat, Solaris system) been connected correctly to the ROTEX HeatPumpSolarUnit? Yes
17. Are all refrigerant lines connected correctly and leakproof? Yes
18. Has the refrigeration system been evacuated, dehumidified and filled with refrigerant? Yes
19. Has the quantity of refrigerant to be supplemented been calculated (topped up if required)? Yes
20. Has the total fill-up quantity of refrigerant been entered on the adhesive label on the service opening of the Outdoor Module? Yes
21. Has the main circuit breaker been set to "ON"? Yes
22. Have the DIP switches on the ROTEX HeatPumpSolarUnit been checked and adapted to the operating conditions? Yes
Only if all points on the checklist can be answered with Yes may the system be started up!
