Visual inspection of the external cabling.
Repair damaged parts or replace them.
Check condensation water drain and drainage hoses on the underside of the Outdoor Module (RRHQ).
If necessary, remove blockages from the drain; exchange faulty or damaged parts.
In the case of heated condensation water drainage hoses, check the heating function.
Replace defective parts.
After completing the work, replace all cladding and covers.
7.2.2 Indoor Module (RKHB)
Visual inspection of the user interface (2) for fault codes displayed.
If applicable, remedy fault (see Chapter8.1 "Troubleshooting").
Disconnect the system from the power supply.
Remove outer cover of the Indoor Module (RKHB) (see Chapter4.3.2 "Indoor Module (RKHB)").
Remove cover from switch box (1) of the Indoor Module (RKHB) (see Chapter4.6.3 "Connecting Indoor Module (RKHB)").
Visual inspection of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components for wear and loose parts inside the Indoor Module
(RKHB).
Repair damaged parts or replace them.
Visual inspection of covers, cladding and fastening elements for wear and for loose parts in the Indoor Module (RKHB).
Repair damaged parts or replace them.
Leakage control on lines and components of the refrigerant system and the hydraulic system.
Repair damaged parts or replace them.
Visual inspection of the external cabling.
Repair damaged parts or replace them.
Check state of drainage hose (5) of the safety pressure relief valve (3) in the Indoor Module (RKHB) and that it has been
correctly laid.
Clean the water filter (7).
Check function of contactors in switch box (1) (resistance measurement).
All contacts of these contactors must be in the open position.
Clean outer cover of the Indoor Module (RKHB).
Check the system water pressure is <3 bar on the pressure gauge (6).
and if necessary the fitting or adjustment of the pressure reducer.
Switch system on and start test run (see chapter 5.1.5).
Visual inspection of the user interface (2) for fault codes displayed.
If applicable, remedy fault (see Chapter8.1 "Troubleshooting").
For test purposes, operate system in all operating modes (see Chapter6 "Operation").
Functional control by checking the temperature display and the switching states of the individual operating modes (see
Chapter6 "Operation").
