 P46, P47: Setting to 2-position or 3-position is made with DIP switches 4 and 5.
 P46 to compensate for heat dissipation of the el. heater relay in RDG110.
 If no sensors or switches are connected, it is not necessary to disable the inputs
(P38, P40 or P42 = no function), the thermostat recognizes if a sensor is
connected (but diagnostic shows "Err").
