3.7 Threshold Retention Function
This function stores the last presented combination of ear, tone and
frequency for every frequency tested in the audiometer’s memory
(air conduction, bone conduction and ULL). Each value is stored by
pressing the STORE key. The operator can then review the results
at the end of the test and record them on an audiogram card, print
with the optional printer and/or transfer results to a NOAH database
on a computer.
f To review the retained threshold, select the frequency using
Hz frequency keys. The stored value for the left ear, desi-
gnated L and the stored value for the right ear, designated R are
shown on the lower line of the display.
The display shows thresholds at 4kHz. Left ear 20dBHL,
right ear 30 dBHL.
To clear the Threshold Retention memory, use the Clear test menu
option described in Section 3.6.2.
