绕梭芯
WINDING THE BOBBIN
1. 将线团放在线柱上，拉出线头，按图示把线绕进导线
板。
Place a spool of thread on the spool pin, and secure it with the
spool pin cap. Pull the thread out from the spool and place it
through thread guides as shown in illustration.
Be sure to pull thread securely into the bobbin winding tension
disk.
2. 线头从梭芯端小孔穿出 ；把梭芯放在绕线轴上。
Put end of thread through the hole in bobbin as shown.Push
bobbin winder shaft to far left position, if it is not already there.
4. 启动机器，在梭芯开始绕线几圈后，停车，剪去线尾。
重新启动机器，继续绕线直至梭芯绕满，停车。将绕
线轴推回左端，剪断连线，取下梭芯。
Start machine and the bobbin starts to wind. Bobbin will
automatically stop turning when completely lled. Push shaft to
the left to remove bobbin and cut thread.
3. 右推梭芯使绕线轴靠至绕线止动块。
Place bobbin onto shaft with end of thread coming from top
of bobbin. Push bobbin winder shaft to the right until it clicks.
Hold the end of thread.
确认使用的是15J型梭芯
Be sure to use Class 15 J bobbins.
