Adjustment takes effect only on the image being
printed. The original image will not
be
adjusted.

The "Skin Smoothing," "WB Correction," and
"Auto Dodging" correction functions
of
the
printer use the technology
of
Ichikawa Soft
Laboratory.
• After the Auto Touch-up adjustment, you cannot
make a trimming print
of
an image that has been
enlarged by pressing
EF<.
• Depending on the image, the Auto Touch-up
adjustment may not take effect properly. In this
case, select "Adjust" from the Edit menu to adjust
the image quality manuaIly (page 22).
• Do not remove the memory card
or
external device
during the Auto Touch-up adjustment.
• Depending on the condition
of
the image, the
correction may take some time.

If you have set a
print
quantity
for
multiple images
All the images with print quantity settings
are adjusted. To display other images,
press
~/I>.
To change the
print
quantity
Press ENTER to display the print quantity
indication. Then press
~v
to set the print
quantity and then press ENTER.
2 Press PRINT.
Printing
of
the selected image(s) starts.
1 Select the image that you want to
adjust and then press AUTO
TOUCH-UP.
Adjustment
of
the selected image starts.
The adjustment results will be displayed
on the screen. When a human face is
detected, the face is displayed with a
frame as the adjustments proceed.
To
check
the adjustment result
more clearly:
Press
EF<
to enlarge the image. (The image
will not be enlarged when printed.)
To
display
the original image
(before adjustments) again
Press AUTO TOUCH-UP. To display the
adjusted image, press AUTO TOUCH-UP
again.
Saving a corrected image
Press MENU, and the confirmation dialog box
is displayed. Press
~/I>
to select "Yes," and
then press ENTER. An adjusted image is saved
as a new file. (page 25)
