• Product malfunctions due to operation attached or neighboring devices running out
of the allowed limit values
• Unforeseen calamity or force majeure
The use of supplied software produced by Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. is subject to
the following conditions:
• Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages
arising from the use of Software. This also applies to the provision or non-provision
of support activities.
• Software used for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Decompiling, decoding or destroying the original program, including Software and
the embedded software, is prohibited.
