AES/EBU Submenu
This menu allows you to select an audio channel, the state of the audio emphasis
bits, and the resolution of the serial digital audio signal data, and to set the audio
timing. Use the up (
S) or down (T) arrow button to scroll through the menu.
Figure 3-12 shows the AES/EBU submenu diagram.

Channel. Selects the channel where you will change the parameters. Use the left
(
W) or right (X) arrow button to select 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or ALL (5 to 8 are only
available for the SPG600). When you select any of the channels and then press the
ENTER button, you will access the Audio channel submenu. Refer to Audio
Channel Submenu on page 3-21 for detailed information.
Emphasis. Selects the state of emphasis bits of AES/EBU serial audio. Use the left
(
W) or right (X) arrow button to select NO (no emphasis bits), CD, or CCITT.
Press the ENTER button to confirm the selection.
Resolution. Selects the resolution of AES/EBU serial audio sample data. Use the
left (
W) or right (X) arrow button to select between 20 bits and 24 bits. Press the
ENTER button to confirm the selection.
