toosteepforsprayeroperation).

•Carefullyreadandfollowthechemical
warninglabelsandMaterialSafetyData
Sheets(MSDS)forallchemicalsusedand
protectyourselfaccordingtothechemical
manufacturer’srecommendations.Forexample,
useappropriatePersonalProtectiveEquipment
(PPE)includingfaceandeyeprotection,gloves,
orotherequipmenttoguardagainstpersonal
contactwiththechemical.
•Keepinmindthattheremaybemorethanone
chemicalusedandinformationoneachshould
beassessed.

•Beforeworkingonaspraysystemmakesurethe
systemhasbeentriplerinsedandneutralized
accordingtotherecommendationsofthe

chemicalsthatcontactyou.
•Obtainpropertrainingbeforeusingorhandling
chemicals.

soonaspossibleafternishingthework.
•Properlydisposeofunusedchemicalsand
chemicalcontainersasinstructedbythechemical
manufacturerandyourlocalcodes.
•Chemicalsandfumesinthetanksaredangerous;
neverenterthetankorplaceyourheadoverorin
theopening.
