securelyaftertherst8operatinghoursandthen
every100hoursthereafter.Torquethefrontbolts
to50-55ft-lb(68-74N-m)andtherearlugnutsto
40-60ft-lb(54-81N-m).
Checkthetireconditionatleastevery100hours
ofoperation.Operatingaccidents,suchashitting
curbs,candamageatireorrimandalsodisruptwheel
alignment,soinspecttireconditionafteranaccident.

Thetoe-inshouldbe0to1/4inch(0to6mm).
1.Fillthetankwithapproximately80USgallons
(303L)ofwater.
2.Checkandllalltires;refertoCheckingTire
Pressure.
3.Drivethesprayerbackandforthafewtimestorelax
theA-arms,thendriveitforwardatleast10ft(3m).
4.Measurethedistancebetweenbothofthefronttires
attheaxleheightatboththefrontandrearofthe
fronttires(Figure58).Axtureoralignmentgauge
isneededfortherearmeasurementofthefronttires
ataxleheight.Usethesamextureoralignment
gaugetoaccuratelymeasurethefrontofthefront
tiresataxleheight(Figure58).
Thefrontofthetiresshouldbe0to1/4inch(0to
6mm)closerthanthebacksideofthefronttires.
