After the rst 8 operating
hours
• Replace the hydraulic lter.
After the rst 50
operating hours
• Change the engine oil.
• Check and adjust the track tension.
Before each use or daily
• Check the engine oil level.
• Grease the traction unit.
• Check the condition of and clean the tracks.
• Remove debris from the traction unit.
• Check for loose fasteners.
Every 25 hours
• Check the hydraulic uid level.
• Clean the foam and paper air lters.
Every 100 hours
• Replace the paper air lter.
• Change the engine oil (more frequently when operating conditions are
extremely dusty or sandy).
• Check the battery electrolyte level (replacement battery only).
• Check the battery cable connections.
• Check and adjust the track tension.
• Check the hydraulic lines for leaks, loose ttings, kinked lines, loose
mounting supports, wear, weather, and chemical deterioration.
• Check for dirt build-up in the chassis.
Every 200 hours
• Change the oil lter.
• Check the spark plugs.
• Change the fuel lter.
• Replace the hydraulic lter.
Every 250 hours
• Check and grease the road wheels.
Every 400 hours
• Change the hydraulic uid.
Every 1,500 hours
• Replace all moving hydraulic hoses.
Yearly or before storage
• Check and adjust the track tension.
• Touch up chipped paint

Note: After 50 hours and then ev er y 100 hours thereafter (that is at 150, 250, 350, etc .) the hour meter
displa ys CHG OIL to remind y ou to c hang e the engine oil. After ev er y 100 hours , the screen displa ys
SV C to remind y ou to perfor m the other maintenance procedures based on a 100, 200, or 400 hour
sc hedule . T hese reminders come on star ting three hours prior to the ser vice inter v al time and flash at
regular inter v als for six hours .
