3. INSTALL TURBOCHARGER
(a) Place a new gasket with the protrusion on the
oppsite side of the cylinder head.
(bl lnstan the turbocha .rger, with a new oil pipe gasket to
the exhaust manifold and oil pipe.
(c) Install and torque the nuts.
Torque: 530 kg -c m (38 ft-lb, 52 N·ml
4. INSTALL TURBOCHAGER OIL PIPE FLANGE NUTS
Torque : 185 kg-cm (13 ft-lb, 18 N·ml
5. CONNECT EXHAUST PIPE TO TURBINE ELBOW
(al Place a new gasket on the exhaust pipe.
(bl Connect the exhaust pipe and install the flange nuts.
Torque : 130 kg-cm (9 ft -lb, 13 N ·m)
6 . INSTALL TURBOCHAGER HEAT INSULATORS
7. INSTALL COMPRESSOR ELBOW WITH RELIEF VALVE
AND AIR INTAKE HOSE
8. CONNECT TURBOCHARGER PRESSURE HOSE FOR
INDICATOR AND WARNING LIGHTS
(al Install the compressor elbow wi th relief valve and air
intake hose with the two bolts and a new gasket
Torque: 130 kg -cm (9 f1-lb, 13 N·m)
(b) Connect the elbow stay to the engine No. 2 hanger.
(cl Connect the air intake hose to the intake manifold
with the clamp.

9 . INSTALL AIR CLEANER HOSE WITH CLEANER CASE
COVER
(al Install the air cleaner case cover and the air cleaner
hose with the four clips.
(bl Connect the air cleaner hose to the turbocharger with
the clamp.
(cl Connect the PCV hose to the cylinder head cover.
