Illuminated entry system (with power door lock system)
The following lights will come on when
any of the doors are opened. After all
the doors are closed, the lights remain
on for about 15 seconds before fading
out.
1. Foot light
2. Ignition switch light
3. Front personal lights—with the “DOOR”
position
4. Rear personal lights/Interior light
(rear)—with the “DOOR” position
When any of the doors are unlocked, the
lights will come on and remain on for
about 15 seconds before fading out.
If all the doors are closed, when the igni-
tion switch is turned to the “LOCK” posi-
tion, the lights will come on and remain
on for about 15 seconds.
The duration of the lighting can be
changed. If your vehicle is equipped with
the multi−information display, it can be
changed by yourself. For details, contact
your Toyota dealer.
If all the doors are closed and the ignition
switch is in the “ACC” position, the igni-
tion switch light, interior light, foot light
and personal lights will go off immediately.
