6.6 Email receipts
The terminal offers cardholders the option to receive a copy of their receipt via email;
this helps deliver a more sustainable, eco-friendly payment experience.
Terminal Screen Next Step
1. At the end of a transaction, cardholders are
offered several options on how they’d wish
to receive their receipt.
2. Cardholders can request their receipt to be
printed, by selecting Print, to be emailed, by
selecting Email or be both printed and emailed,
by selecting Print & Email.
3. If no receipt is required select No Thanks, or
if no option is selected, the terminal will return
to the amount-entry screen.
4. If a cardholder chooses to receive their receipt
by email, they will be prompted to enter an email
address.
5. After entering the email address, press
the green tick – the receipt will be emailed
to the cardholder and the terminal will return
to the amount-entry screen.
