MOBILECONNECT
Your new VTech 17850 telephone system with
MobileConnect wireless technology has the following
features:
• Pair up to 2 devices (mobile phones or headsets) with
the telephone base
• Connect a MobileConnect enable headset for making
and receiving home calls.
• Conference mobile and home calls.
• Make and receive calls using your mobile phone plan
while utilizing the ease and comfort of your cordless
system handsets.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• After plugging in the telephone base, wait at least
20 seconds before connecting a device. The screen
shows MobileConnect system busy if your try to
connect too soon.
• Refer to the user's manual of your Mobile phone or
headset for more information about how that device
uses MobileConnect connectivity.
• MobileConnect wireless technology operates within a
short range (up to 9 metres) from the telephone base.
Keep connected mobile phones and headsets within
this range. In order for this to work, the mobile phone
must be within 4.5 metres of the telephone base for
optimal performance.
