MOBILECONNECT SETUP
To use a Mobile phone with your VTech 17850, you must
VTech 17850 handsets can be used to make or answer
on the mobile phone line.
MobileConnect wireless technology operates within a
short range (9 metres). When you pair a Mobile phone
to the telephone base, move closer to the telephone
performance, keep your mobile phone within 4.5 metres
of the telephone base while using the mobile line.
ADD A MOBILE PHONE
Before you begin, make sure that you have mobile
coverage and your Mobile phone is not connected to any
other devices. Refer to your mobile phone user's manual
to learn how to search for or add new devices.
All paired mobile phones are shown on the mobile
devices list.
Once you have paired and connected a device with
the telephone base, you do not need to repeat the
procedure again unless you want to replace the existing
paired mobile phone with a new one.
To pair and connect a mobile phone:
1. Press
MENU on the telephone base in idle mode to
enter the main menu.
2. Press or to highlight Bluetooth, and then press
SELECT.
