5.6 Checking for completeness
Ø Ensure that strainer drawer (1) is inserted in the inlet zone.
Ø Check the following points in all zones:
– All curtains (2) have been fitted.
– The strainer (3) has been fitted.
– All wash arms have been fitted in the wash arm case (4).
– The wash arm case has been fitted (4) and is fully engaged.
– Drain filter (5) is in place.
Ø Ensure that both suction filters (6) have been inserted in the rinse zone tank.
Ø Ensure that grease filters (7) have been fitted in the inlet zone, the exhaust air hood (optional) and the heat pump en-
closure (optional).
Note:Ensure that there is always enough detergent and rinse aid available to achieve an optimum wash result.
5.7 Before working with the warewasher for the first time
Ø Arrange for the warewasher to be set up by an authorised service technician or by your dealer.
Ø Arrange for the warewasher to be connected by authorised technicians according to the locally applicable standards
and regulations (water, waste water, electrical system).
Ø After connecting the water and the power properly, contact the relevant Winterhalter dealership or your dealer to ar-
range for commissioning of the warewasher. Arrange for the operator and operating personnel to be trained in operat-
ing the warewasher.
