7 Malfunctions
7.1 Notifications
Notifications are displayed as pictograms. If there are many notifications, washing will still be possible but the end wash
result will be impaired. Please therefore rectify any notification as soon as possible. If you cannot rectify the notification,
contact an authorised service technician.
By tapping the pictogram, additional information will appear on the display.
Cause / meaning Remedy
Lack of rinse aid Replace the canister. Prime the dosing device if necessary
(} page 43).
Lack of detergent
Lack of defoamer
Error in external water treatment device Check the water treatment device.
Door was opened at the wrong time (e.g., during
washing)
Close the door and press the start button.
Inlet zone strainer drawer missing Fit the inlet zone strainer drawer.
Inlet zone strainer drawer clogged Clean the inlet zone strainer drawer.
Detergent cartridge missing Insert a detergent cartridge. Check the funnel outlet and
clean if necessary.
Lack of detergent Replace the cartridge.
Detergent concentration too low If the detergent is empty, replace the canister and switch
the warewasher off and on again. If the canister is not
empty, contact an authorised service technician.
Lack of water Open water supply.
Have the dirt trap cleaned by a service technician or have a
new dirt trap installed.
Have the solenoid valve repaired by an authorised service
technician.
Energy optimisation active Wait until the on-site energy optimisation system activates
the warewasher.
Service interval expired Contact an authorised service technician.
Strainer missing Insert a strainer.
Descaling required
Start the descaling programme (} page 45).
Unloading area blocked
Remove the wash racks. (} page 35).
Drive blocked Open the door, remove the obstruction and press the start
button.
Tank overflow clogged Switch off the warewasher. Turn off the water supply. Con-
tact an authorised service technician.
Various Press the pictogram and make a note of the error code.
Contact an authorised service technician.
Error in external osmosis system Contact an authorised service technician.
Lack of salt in external softening system Top up with salt.
