MULTIFUNCTION TILLER HANDLE
The tiller handle centralized most of func-
tions for the outboard motor operation.
1 Tiller handle
2 Gear shift lever
3 Throttle control grip
4 Throttle indicator
5 Throttle friction adjusting knob
6 Engine stop lanyard switch /
Engine stop button(If equipped)

Moving the tiller handle sideways to
adjust the steering direction.

Throttle control grip
The throttle control grip is on the tiller
handle. Turn the grip counterclockwise to
increase speed and clockwise to decrease
speed.

Gear shift lever
Turning the gear-shift lever forward (bow
side) engages the clutch with the forward
gear so that the boat moves ahead. Turn-
ing the lever backward (stern side)
engages the reverse gear so that the boat
moves astern.
