TOP COWLING LOCK LEVER
To remove the engine top cowling, turn
the lock lever. Then lift off the cowling.
When replacing the cowling, check to be
sure it fits properly in the rubber seal.
Then lock the cowling again by moving
the lever upward.

2P CONNECTOR (for Manual start
model)
AC12V-80W power is delivered through
this connector. When using it, keep in
mind the following points:
8 Use a genuine Yamaha connector.
8 Use lighting equipment only.
8 Connect a lighting equipment directly to
the 2P connector.
8 Capacity the lighting equipment must
be more than 12V-80W; otherwise, the
bulb could be burnt out.
8 When the connector is not used, place
the cap on it.

Do not connect the 2P connector directly
to the battery terminals. Otherwise, the
electrical system will be damaged.
