CHECK OF CLUTCH PEDAL POSI-
TION ADJUSTMENT
This check is carried out only in case the
Hi-Lo (torque multiplier) ∗ is assembled
at your tractor.
The right position of clutch pedal is
adjusted in the manufacturing plant.
In the field, the play 0,5 - 1 mm is
checked between piston rod and piston
rod pin.
CLUTCH HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
BLEEDING
Bleed the clutch hydraulic circuit by the
same way as rear brake system bleed-
ing. Vent screw of clutch hydraulic circuit
is located on the clutch control cylinder
(1).
Add only the fresh brake fluid into
the brake fluid reservoir that is
common for both brake and
clutch circuit.
The brake fluid must be completely ex-
changed in the whole brake circuit mini-
mally after two years including the clutch
hydraulic circuit.
Brake fluid filling is easier after silent-
block nut loosening and brake fluid
reservoir holder tilting.
Hoses from the main clutch valve
towards brake fluid reservoir
must be upwards or horizontally
directed. Turns of hoses down-
wards are not allowed.
