4.5 Version Information
The Linking Device consists of an LD Base Module (motherboard) and an H1 Module
(daughterboard) with the 4 H1 channels. Both modules as well as the entire device are
identified by hardware version numbers and serial numbers.
The firmware version, system ID, and a manufacturer-specific identifier for the system
is also indicated as shown in Figure 4.6.
