CHANGING
THE HEADLIGHT BULBS
Carefully read page 69 (BULBS).
u
Position the vehicle on the stand.
Before changing a bulb, check
the fuses, see page 67
(CHANGING THE FUSES).
The headlight contains:
u
One high beam bulb (1) (right side).
u
Two parking light bulbs (2) (right and left
side).
u
One low beam bulb (3) (left side).
To change the bulbs, proceed as
follows:
PARKING LIGHT BULB
To extract the bulb socket, do
not pull the electric wires.
u
HWorking on the headlight fairing rear
end, right or left according to the bulb to
be changed, grasp the bulb holder (4),
pull and detach it from its seat.
u
Withdraw the parking light bulb (5) and
replace it with one of the same type.
LOW/HIGH BEAM LIGHT
u
Working on the headlight fairing rear
end, right or left according to the bulb to
be changed, disconnect connector (6).
u
Rotate the lock ring anticlockwise and
extract the bulb (7).
u
Fit a new bulb of equal rating.
u
Refit the bulb holder into the seat and
rotate clockwise to lock in place.
u
Refit the connector (6).
