INSTALLING THE REAR
MUDGUARD EXTENSION
Carefully read p. 39 (MAINTENANCE).
◆ Raise the saddle, see p. 19 (UNLOCK-
ING / LOCKING THE SADDLE).
◆ Take the rear mudguard extension (1) out
of the crash helmet/glove compartment
together with the screws and relevant nuts
provided for the fastening.
◆ Correctly insert the clip (2) in the appro-
priate seat (3).
◆ Position the rear mudguard extension (1)
inside the number plate holder support (4).
◆ Tighten the screw (5).
◆ Insert the three screws (6) and tighten the
relevant nuts (7).
◆ In the countries where required: work-
ing from the inner side of the number plate
holder, insert the bulb socket (8).
◆ Make sure that the rear mudguard exten-
sion (1) is positioned correctly.
REMOVING
THE REAR-VIEW MIRRORS
Carefully read p. 39 (MAINTENANCE).
The following information refers to one rear-
view mirror only, but is valid for both.
◆ Position the vehicle on the centre stand,
see p. 38 (POSITIONING THE VEHICLE
ON THE STAND).
NOTE Group the components of the left
and right rear-view mirrors separately.
◆ Remove the cover (9).
Hold the rear-view mirror (10), to prevent
it from accidentally falling down.
◆ Unscrew the screw (11).
◆ Remove the rear-view mirror (10).
◆ Remove the gasket (12).
