Figure 22 - Alarm Relay Example
If Relay B Mode is set to CON, then Relay B will function identically to
Relay A. Relay B settings appear in the CONFIG menu list
automatically.
If Relay C Mode is set to CON (see Relay C Mode), then Relay C will
function identically to Relay A. Relay C settings appear in the CONFIG
menu list automatically.
D.O. readings can fluctuate.
To change the values for Timer CLEAN, CYCLE, and HOLD, press
ENTER to initiate user entry mode, and entire value will flash. Use the
UP arrow key to modify the desired value. Selections for each variable
are: CLEAN 1-10 pulses, CYCLE 1-999 hours, HOLD 0-999 minutes.
Press ENTER to store the new value.
Example: If the timer-CLEAN setting is 2 pulses, the timer CYCLE setting
is 24 hours, and the timer-HOLD setting is 3 minutes, the following
sequence will occur: At the instant the timer is enabled (or data for the
CLEAN/CYCELE/HOLD is modified) the “CYCLE” time period begins.
Once the 24- If Relay D, E, or F Mode is set to CON (see Relay D,E,F
Modes), then the Relay will function identically to Relay A. Relay
settings appear in the CONFIG menu list automatically.
Timer CLEAN When Timer Funcs is set to CLn1 mode, Relays D, E, and F are
Timer Cycle assigned for automatic cleaning functionality. They can be used with
Timer HOLD either ATIs (Q-Blast) system, or a customer supplied Air Delivery
Source.
.
Relay E will toggle open/closed based on the time settings entered by
the user. The timer CLEAN setting controls the amount of time that
Relay E is engaged (N.O. contact closed), and the timer CYCLE setting
controls the amount of time that Relay D is released (N.O. contact open.)
The timer HOLD setting allows an output hold time to be entered into the
cleaning cycle. This hold time allows the outputs to stabilize back to
normal readings before the outputs are released from their “hold” state.
Using this feature properly avoids disturbing any instruments connected
to the outputs during the cleaning cycle – where hour CYCLE period
ends, the outputs will be put in hold and relay E will engage for specified
amount (Factory Default), (Clean Time) After the CLEAN time has
expired, relay E will be released but the hold will stay locked in for an
