Wedevelopedthe fillingset PICO fillfor a quickand simplefilling of thePICO pump (see18.4 fillingconnection).
Removethe screwplug from thepump outlet 4or 10andscrew ina filling connectionwith non-returnvalve.
Connectthe fillingpress and fillup the pumpuntil max.level.

Loosenthe linefrom the pumpelements
Performan intermediatelubrication until lubricantcomes outofthe pumpelements without airinclusions.
11.5 Sense of rotation control of pump
Comparethe senseof rotation ofagitator blade withthe arrowonthe pumplabel.
Checkthe electricconnections of thepump in caseof awrong sense ofrotation (see 10.3electric connection).
Longeroperation witha can the andthewrong sense of rotation damage pump motor!
