12. Maintenance
Disconnectthe centrallubrication pump frompower supply before .maintenance or repair
Maintenance and repair complete standstill pressurelessmayonly becarried out at andunder condition.
Check the surface temperature of the central lubrication pump, as there is the by radiant heat.risk of burns
Wear heat-resistant gloves and safety goggles! Soiled or contaminated surfaces have to be cleaned before
maintenance, wear protective equipment to this purpose, if necessary! Protect the central lubrication pump
againstrecommissioning duringmaintenance/repairs!
12.1 General maintenance
· Retighten all fittings6 weeksafter start up
· Check all componentsfor leakagesand damage atleast every fourweeks
If leakages are not repaired, lubricant might come out there under high pressure. Remove possible puddles
oflubricant immediately!
12.2 Signals of the integrated control unit PICO-troniX1
The pump´s functions are indicated via two control LEDs (green/red) in the display on the pump´s motor casing, where
thered LEDalways indicates anerror in theprogram sequence.
The functions of the LED can also be displayed in the driver‘s cabin via installed signal lamps. They have to be ordered
separately.
Ifthere arevarious error atthe same time,they areindicatedwith aninterruption of 2sec.
